El otro día navegando por el internerd, me encontré con está pagina http://www.printingplans.com , donde te muestran como fabricar un pulpo para estampar poleras a 4 colores. me acorde de mi colega jorge pino quien se fabrico uno con fierros reciclados, y sin planos ni nada. Los saco de su cabeza, los dibujo y me pidió que se los escaneara.... buscando en los archivos de escaneos encontré esto... para lxs interesadxs ojalas les pueda servir de algo...

Los amigos del colectivo gravura , me invitaron a exponer algunos de mis trabajos , en el marco de la muestra "individualismos colectivos"la cual consta de gráfica en sus diversas técnicas, teniendo su fuerte en los grabados.
la inauguración sera el martes 25 de agosto, donde podrán chorriar vino tinto en los blancos manteles y comer con al boca abierta... para información sobre como llegar al lugar... visiten este blog.

Como limpiar "fantasmas"

Acontinuación les muestro un video de como limpiar una malla de serigrafia.

Generalmente después de haber impreso con tinta pvc u oleográfica, estas no salen del todo y dejan un "fantasma" en el bastidor/chablon , afectando el próximo rebelado y posterior impresión

Para remover estas pequeñas partículas de tinta y emulsión, existen algunos químico en el mercado de la gráfica, que te ayudaran en esta toxica tarea. Tales como xicloxanona, seripaste, seristrip y supongo que muchos más.

Los mismos resultados puedes obtener con maicena, más algún diluyente (acrílico, duco) formado una pasta y frotando por ambas caras del bastidor. la maicena actúa como exfoliante entre las fibras que componen la malla, por ende moverán los restos de tinta.

Otro colega hace lo mismo, pero en ves de maicena utiliza la no muy bien amigable sodacaustica.
personalmente prefiero la maicena , ya que es un poco menos toxica para mis pulmones y manos.
cosa de gustos... en todo caso a estas alturas del partido donde todo a tu alrededor es toxico.. da lo mismo...
